Job Description :
• Studying tender specifications in detail.
Follow up on tender time schedule with other departments.
• Prepare tender pre-qualification documents.
• Conducts site visits and report visit findings.
• Studying and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear data, and all other technical matters during tender design state.
• Review received calculation sheets, drawings, electrical equipment, and civil proposal from other departments.
• Follow up with suppliers on technical offers and does comparisons to ensure the lowest price.
• Writing and preparing technical proposals.
• Preparing tender packaging.
• Handing over awarded tenders to the projects department.
• Preparing & submitting reports to department senior proposal and technical office leader.
• Flag issues to senior leader.
• Preparation of technical submittal for all mechanical equipment.
• Prepare a load list of all electrical loads of the project.
• Support in communication with procurement, design, and engineering department.
